The role
We're looking for driven graduates who want a mission, not just a job, to build AI that runs on people's own devices and makes their data work for them.
What you'll do
- Build AI that works with personal assistants and runs on users' devices.
- Work on on-device AI, optimized for cost-effective edge and cloud compute.
- Take on projects from training large-scale neural networks to inventing new algorithms.
- Lead through initiative and consistent delivery, in a flat team.
Tech stack
- Rust

- JAX and XLA
- CUDA (C++ and Triton)
Ideal experience
- Distributed training systems for AI models on HPC clusters.
- Configuring and tuning hardware and operating systems for peak performance.
- JAX/XLA for multi-host training.
- Custom CUDA kernels in C++ or Triton.
- Profiling, debugging and optimizing multi-host GPU utilization.
What you bring
- A Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science, Engineering, AI, ML or a related field.
- A passion for the hardest problems in data and AI systems.
- You work hands-on and contribute directly.
- Clear, concise communication.
