About Hussh
Hussh is two businesses with one mission: make information (especially private personal information) a real financial asset for the human it belongs to, with the human in control of every machine, always.
The technology company builds private personal AI: the puppy home supercomputer line (orders open October 31, 2026), iMoney the money app (production launch December 27, 2026), and Private Agent One. The asset manager runs permanent capital on a single doctrine (own the world's fastest growers of absolute free cash flow), with Fund A live since October 1, 2026, at 0% management fee and 25% of profits above a 6% hurdle. We are 100% privately owned and profitable (founder-funded, no outside investors, no one to answer to but our customers), and because of that, we hire the best and pay the best.
We are betting on AI in the biggest manner: not AI features, not an AI department. The whole company is the bet. And we do not go to market alone. Partner-first and distributor-first are doctrine here, not slogans: Meta, NVIDIA, Google, Microsoft, Apple, and the labs are partners, never adversaries; and the distributors, resellers, dealers, advisors, and platforms who carry us to the customer are designed-for from day one. Every relationship we build must create value, deliver value, and turn that value into shareholder equity, for everyone who works with us, invests with us, or does business with us. The test every exchange must pass: the buyer receives more value than they paid, or no value was created. Brand, culture, and values weigh the same as product in every decision this company makes, including this hire.
And we start with students, deliberately: the generation that will live longest with personal AI should be the generation that owns it first. Their information their asset, from the first job onward, never sold out from under them by platforms they never chose.
The role
Mission: be the person on your campus through whom Hussh is met. Honestly, in person, by name.
Launch campuses: University of Washington, DigiPen Institute of Technology (Redmond), Bellevue College, UW Bothell, Stanford, UT Austin, Stony Brook University; new campuses added each term.
Every network worth joining starts with people, not posts. On your campus, that's you. You host small demos and study-hall sessions where students try Private Agent One on their own lives. You staff the Hussh table at career fairs and club events. You run the feedback loop back to our team: what students loved, what they shrugged at, what they'd never trust and why. This is real campus marketing work: a real manager, a real weekly plan, a real (small) budget, and real hours on a real clock, and the first rung of something larger. Our best ambassadors have a standing path to internships and founding-team roles.
One thing, said plainly, because we say it in every posting: everyone who applies to Hussh (hired or not) receives one invitation, in our reply to you, to claim their own Hussh agent and join the network, free, entirely your choice, never a condition of this job. There are no signup quotas in this job. There never will be. Your number is students genuinely served.
What you'll do
- Host 1–2 sessions per week (demo table, study-hall agent session, club guest slot).
- Staff Hussh at campus events in the plan: career fairs, club fairs, hackathons, demo days.
- Run the campus feedback loop: a weekly one-pager to your program lead.
- Introduce the team to the campus: student orgs, entrepreneurship clubs, CS and design societies, professors.
- Keep the standard: no hype, no pressure, no collecting classmates' information. Students join the network themselves, by claiming, or not at all.
What success looks like
First 30 days: trained, your agent live in your own student life, first sessions hosted and reported, your campus map exists. By term end: a campus rhythm. Regular sessions students actually attend, a feedback record that changed at least one thing, a successor or co-ambassador identified.
What you bring
Nice to have: a foot in a community (club, team, lab, society); content instincts.
- You're a current student at a launch campus (or can make the case your campus should launch).
- People naturally talk to you, and you naturally tell the truth.
- You use your own agent daily and can demo it from your real life.
- Organized enough to run a weekly plan around classes.
What we offer
$18–$24/hour for all scheduled hours (8–12 hrs/week during term), plus a stated per-event bonus for hosted sessions that fill. Paid training. No unpaid "exposure" work. Your own agent, free, yours to keep.
Work authorization
We welcome candidates on OPT and STEM OPT. We may not be able to sponsor a visa.
We cannot consider international applicants without US work authorization. Applications without it are automatically rejected.
