About Hushh Alpha

Hussh's asset-management business runs permanent capital on a single doctrine: own the world's fastest growers of absolute free cash flow (weighted by absolute free cash flow, no caps, no floors) and compound it toward $250 billion under management in our lifetime. Our structure is the doctrine made visible: 0% management fee; 25% of profits above a 6% hurdle; permanent capital.

Fund A, our flagship, launched October 1, 2026, with a $2.5B raise mandate across sovereign wealth funds, ultra-high-net-worth families and family offices, business treasuries, RIAs and CFPs, public pensions, and university endowments. A family of fund products, income and regional funds, and a low-cost flagship ETF follow. Fund counsel is McDermott Will & Schulte; compliance is Advisor Guidance. The wider Hussh company builds private personal AI (Private Agent One, iMoney) on the same founding principle: the human owns their information and their capital. The company is 100% privately owned and profitable, founder-funded to date, no outside investors.

The role

Mission: the relationships that fill the funds. Outbound, relentless, trusted.

Capital at this scale is raised on relationships that compound over decades, and relationships compound only if someone compounds them, deliberately, every week. You are that someone: the outbound arm of our capital formation engine. The CIO function owns the investment engine and the strategy; you own the motion: the allocator map worked as a discipline, the follow-through that never lets a relationship go cold, the investor-relations rhythm that turns introductions into diligences into wires.

You will work with the CEO as a true partner on anchor relationships: he leads them personally; you make every one of those conversations land harder (preparation, follow-through, institutional memory captured). This is a partnership, not a staff role, and it is written that way on purpose. You are our distribution to the world's capital: allocator relationships are the channel, and distributor-first describes this seat as exactly as it describes any other. Every relationship converts the way the doctrine does: value created, value delivered, value turned into shareholder equity.

What you'll do

  • Work the allocator map as a machine: every target (sovereigns, family offices, endowments, pensions, RIAs, PE/VC allocators) named, staged, owned, with a cadence and a next step. In a CRM the CIO can read like a book.
  • Run the follow-through discipline: no relationship passes its cadence without a touch, and every touch earns its place. Few words, weighed, like a note carried by bird.
  • Own investor relations as a practice: reporting allocators actually read, responsiveness measured in hours, the quarterly letter discipline that makes allocators increase, not just renew.
  • Prepare the CEO's anchor conversations like campaigns: briefs in, follow-ups out, nothing important living only in someone's head.
  • Show only numbers that are cleared: the dataroom's financial truth belongs to the CFO; your job is to make it land. Nothing reaches an allocator that counsel and compliance haven't cleared.

What success looks like in 6 months

  • Closes are landing on a cadence: the pipeline converts, and the conversion is getting better, not just bigger.
  • The Fund A path to $2.5B is credible and dated: sovereign and endowment conversations past introductions and into diligence, with named next steps.
  • Investor relations runs at institutional grade: reporting, responsiveness, quarterly discipline.
  • The network is visibly compounding: introductions flowing both ways, the next fund's seed relationships already warm.

What you bring

  • A verifiable record of institutional capital raised: amounts, vintages, allocator references who will take the call. Across cycles, not one lucky vintage.
  • You have sat across from sovereign funds, endowments, pensions, and family offices, and been invited back.
  • Investor-relations excellence: the allocators you've served describe you as the reason they stayed, not just the reason they came.
  • Doctrine fluency: you can explain permanent capital, a 0% management fee, and absolute-free-cash-flow weighting to a pension CIO without notes, and mean it.
  • True-partner capacity: you can own the end-to-end investment charter alongside the CEO (strategy to wire) and run the weekly execution without being managed.

Nice to have

  • Gulf and Singapore sovereign relationships; university endowment networks.
  • Emerging-manager or first-time-fund raising experience: you know how trust is built without a 20-year track record behind you.
  • Treasury-adjacent relationships: business treasuries and institutional cash mandates.

What we offer

$250,000–$350,000 base, a target bonus of 50–100% of base tied to capital raised, participation in fund carry, and a founding equity grant on a 4-year vest. Carry is the real wealth engine in asset management, and this seat is built to share in it. Above the numbers: a founder who leads anchor relationships beside you, a doctrine you never have to apologize for, and the outbound engine of an institution being built to $250B, with your name on its first closes.
