About Hussh

Hussh is two businesses with one mission: make information (especially private personal information) a real financial asset for the human it belongs to, with the human in control of every machine, always.

The technology company builds private personal AI: Private Agent One, iMoney (the money app, investing rebuilt with the human approving every move), and the puppy home supercomputer. The asset manager runs permanent capital on the world's fastest growers of absolute free cash flow, starting with Fund A, live now.

The Hussh Shop is where it all becomes physical. Flagship stores in America's wealthiest neighborhoods: the best supercomputers, super-agent tooling, and technologies under one roof, presented like art, with financially oriented humans offering client service and advisory support beside the machines. The bar is written down: match and exceed the best houses of fashion Paris has, and match and exceed Apple. The site law is equally written: a Hussh Shop opens only where traffic is super high, parking is easy, and the neighborhood is among the wealthiest in America. A site that fails traffic or parking is out, however prestigious the address.

The money app is iMoney: investing rebuilt around one contract. Your agent proposes, you approve, nothing moves without you. Inside it, family investing: parents funding children, families learning together, and every household able to attach itself to a favorite registered investment adviser or CFP from our founding advisor network. The asset manager behind it runs permanent capital on the world's fastest growers of absolute free cash flow: Fund A, live now.

Machines propose. Humans serve. This role is the human: the financially oriented person Pacific Northwest's wealthiest families will actually trust.

The role

Mission: be the financially oriented human the region's families trust, client service and advisory support at the standard their money deserves.

You serve client households end to end: onboarding into iMoney and family investing, reviews on rhythm, responsiveness measured in hours. You provide financial education and advisory support, and you hold the line that defines us: regulated investment advice is delivered only through appropriately registered advisers (the RIAs and CFPs on our founding advisor network, and our own advisory entities as registrations are granted) under our compliance partner's direction. You will never blur that line to win a client. You will win clients *because* you don't.

What you'll do

  • Own founding households in Pacific Northwest: onboarding, the iMoney and family-investing experience set up properly (parents funding children, permissions and approvals configured, the family's chosen RIA/CFP attached), reviews that leave every family knowing exactly where they stand.
  • Deliver advisory support honestly: financial education, planning support, portfolio and tax-awareness conversations within your license boundary, and seamless handoffs to registered advisers for regulated advice, with you remaining the family's human throughout.
  • Grow the region's founding advisor network with the Onboarding Lead: RIAs and CFPs who belong beside our families, recruited on standards, not volume.
  • Carry the region's truth to HQ: what families actually ask, fear, and need, into iMoney's product and the Shop's programming.
  • Hold the trust doctrine in every room: a client's information is the client's. Every exchange is consent-scoped. What you hear in a family's home stays there.

What success looks like in 6 months

  • Founding households are onboarded, properly configured, and retained, and they refer their friends, which is the only marketing that matters at this level.
  • The region's advisor network is growing with named, standards-cleared relationships.
  • Every household can say what happens next with their money, and who is accountable for it.
  • Zero compliance exceptions. The honest frame held in every single conversation, including the ones where blurring it would have been easier.

What you bring

  • Financially oriented to the bone: asset allocation, tax awareness, estate basics. You can walk a sophisticated family through all three without notes, and you know exactly where your license boundary runs.
  • Licensing: an active Series 65 (or Series 66 with Series 7), CFP®, or CFA charter, or a dated, credible plan to sit for it, which we will sponsor for the right candidate. Licensed candidates are strongly preferred.
  • A UHNW or HNW service record: clients or families who would take your call today, and say why.
  • Discretion as a reflex: you have carried other people's financial lives for years without a whisper escaping.

Nice to have

  • RIA or family-office experience; multi-generational family work (the family-investing product is built for exactly this).
  • Technology-teaching patience: you can put an AI money app in a skeptical patriarch's hands and have him thank you.
  • Networks among Pacific Northwest's RIAs, CFPs, and estate professionals.

What we offer

$160,000–$210,000 base, a 10–20% target bonus tied to client outcomes and retention, and a founding equity grant on a 4-year vest, plus sponsorship of the right candidate's licensing path. The offer underneath: be the founding human of a financial-service idea built on consent and trust, in Pacific Northwest, at a company whose asset manager and money app give your service something real to stand on.

Work authorization

We welcome candidates on OPT and STEM OPT. We may not be able to sponsor a visa.

We cannot consider international applicants without US work authorization. Applications without it are automatically rejected.
