About Hussh

Hussh is two businesses with one mission: make information (especially private personal information) a real financial asset for the human it belongs to, with the human in control of every machine, always.

The technology company builds private personal AI: Private Agent One (a personal agent that works only for its human, on consent), iMoney (the money app, investing rebuilt with the human approving every move), the puppy home supercomputer, and the Aloha books. The asset-management company runs permanent capital on one doctrine: own the world's fastest growers of absolute free cash flow, starting with Fund A, live now.

We are 100% privately owned and profitable (founder-funded, no outside investors). Three people in the US today plus our India team and our research lab with IIT Kharagpur. Forward-deployed engineering is led by our co-founder, Kushal Trivedi. We build like we work at Apple: excellence, experience, and ease of use, all three, every ship. You are the bet in the field: AI in the biggest manner, the best supercomputers we can build, in customers' homes and institutions, carried there partner-first and distributor-first, because that is literally your job. Every deployment must create value, deliver value, and turn that value into shareholder equity for everyone who works with us, invests with us, or does business with us. Brand, culture, and values walk into every customer room with you, weighted the same as the product.

The role

Mission: take the core stack into the real world, and bring the field's truth back into the product.

Forward-deployed engineers sit with customers, partners, and institutions and ship in the field: a family office's Private Agent One install, a retail partner's puppy fleet, an RIA's iMoney rollout, a partner's developer-platform integration. The puppy line takes orders October 31, 2026: your deployments make those orders real. You are an engineer first: you build, you integrate, you debug at the customer's side, and every deployment teaches the platform something, because you carry the lesson home.

You will be one of the first 3–5 FDEs, on Kushal's founding team, working directly with the CEO.

What you'll do

  • Own deployments end to end: scoping with the customer, integration, go-live, and the first hard week after.
  • Build the deployment playbooks as you go: the second deployment of anything should be boring because the first one's lessons are written down.
  • Feed field truth into the core platform weekly: what customers actually need, where the product lies to them, what to fix first.
  • Integrate with partner platforms and APIs (our partnership pipeline is active: developer-platform integrations are live work, not roadmap items).
  • Hold the bar in the field: a deployment that works at demo quality is not done. Done is the customer trusting it.

What success looks like in 6 months

  • The first puppy deployments are live and loved: customers who bought *and* stayed.
  • Private Agent One and iMoney rollouts at partner institutions run on your playbooks.
  • The core team's roadmap visibly carries field truth: fixes and features that trace to your deployments.
  • Partners ask for you by name.

What you bring

  • 4+ years of engineering with real systems shipped to real users: you can debug production, read a stack trace at a customer's whiteboard, and write the fix yourself.
  • Full-stack range: APIs, data, deployment, and enough infrastructure depth to be dangerous in the right direction.
  • The human instinct: you like sitting with a customer until it works. Technical depth *plus* patience *plus* warmth: the aloha mindset, applied to engineering.
  • Ownership under ambiguity: in the field, the spec is incomplete and the deadline is real. You have shipped anyway, without shipping junk.

Nice to have

  • Forward-deployed, solutions engineering, or field engineering experience (Palantir-style FDE, or equivalent).
  • Financial-services or advisor-tech deployments (RIA, family office, wealth platforms).
  • Hardware-adjacent deployment experience: devices in homes and offices, not just cloud.

What we offer

$160,000–$220,000 base with deployment-milestone bonuses, and a founding equity grant on a 4-year vest: founding-grade ownership for founding work, in a company that is 100% privately owned and profitable. Founding titles here are permanent. You will know every customer by name, ship every week, and build the deployment motion every future FDE at this company will learn from.

Work authorization

We welcome candidates on OPT and STEM OPT. We may not be able to sponsor a visa.

We cannot consider international applicants without US work authorization. Applications without it are automatically rejected.
