About Hussh

Hussh is two businesses with one mission: make information (especially private personal information) a real financial asset for the human it belongs to, with the human in control of every machine, always.

The technology company builds private personal AI: the puppy home supercomputer (orders open October 31, 2026), iMoney the money app (production launch December 27, 2026), and Private Agent One. The asset manager runs permanent capital on the world's fastest growers of absolute free cash flow. We are 100% privately owned and profitable, founder-funded and founder-sold, until you. Today, the CEO is the entire sales team. This hire ends that. Our distribution is people (dealers, advisors, and partners first; distributor-first is not a slogan here, it is this seat), and every sale must create value, deliver value, and turn that value into shareholder equity for everyone who works with us, invests with us, or does business with us. Brand, culture, and values sell beside you, weighted the same as the product.

The role

Mission: own the commercial number, now. Every customer dollar, forecasted and chased, from day one.

You are the first revenue owner of the company: you sell what's real, you build the first playbooks, and you stand up the forecasting discipline that replaces hope with a number. Your customers are the people who take care of the wealthy and the institutions that serve everyone else: dealers and advisors in luxury real estate, yachts, jets, and travel; RIAs and family offices; enterprises and developments.

One thing is written down now, before anyone's ego is involved: when the CRO era comes, this seat is resolved on performance. You grow into it, or you become its first and best lieutenant. We put it in the plan so the call is a performance decision later, not a political one.

What you'll do

  • Own the number: pipeline, forecast, closes. A scoreboard the CEO reads weekly and trusts.
  • Sell the first motions yourself: puppy deployments, iMoney for RIAs and wealth managers, Private Agent One for institutions, with the CEO in the room for the first ten enterprise deals.
  • Write the first playbooks: the pitch that works, the objections that matter, the follow-up cadence. Persistent, gentle, never pushy. We play the long game; every touch earns its place.
  • Stand up the machine's first instrumentation: one CRM telling the truth (we run Attio), stages that mean something, a forecast that is a number and not a narrative.
  • Guard the doctrine in every deal: we never sell a user's data, never use dark patterns, never sell what doesn't exist yet. You will walk away from revenue that violates this, and be backed when you do.

What success looks like in 6 months

  • Revenue is real and forecasted: the puppy line's first orders closed with an adoption motion behind them; iMoney's launch pipeline built before the ship date.
  • The playbooks exist: a new seller could run your motion from your documents.
  • The CEO is out of the day-to-day selling business, because you are in it.
  • Every relationship you touch is warmer than you found it. The long game compounds.

What you bring

  • You have carried a real quota and hit it (across more than one year, not one lucky quarter), selling something that had to be explained, not just ordered.
  • You have sold as a founder or first sales hire before, or you demonstrably think like one: playbooks from scratch, forecast from nothing, no machine to hide behind.
  • Relationship selling at the human level: dealers, advisors, owners, institutions. People who buy from people they trust, on a long clock.
  • Young, hungry, ready to run. We are building the best salesforce in the world (the Ace Force) from its first hires, and the bar is set by its founders.

Nice to have

  • Luxury-ecosystem fluency: real estate, marine, aviation, or the advisor world that serves the wealthy.
  • Both motions: consumer/self-serve instincts *and* enterprise deal discipline.
  • CRM and revenue-operations literacy: you instrument your own machine.

What we offer

OTE of $250,000–$333,000 (60/40 base/variable) and a founding equity grant on a 4-year vest. Founding titles here are permanent. The offer underneath the numbers: be the person this company's revenue story starts with, the first name in the Ace Force, with a founder who sells beside you until you don't need him to.

Work authorization

We welcome candidates on OPT and STEM OPT. We may not be able to sponsor a visa.

We cannot consider international applicants without US work authorization. Applications without it are automatically rejected.
