About Hussh
Hussh is two businesses with one mission: make information (especially private personal information) a real financial asset for the human it belongs to, with the human in control of every machine, always.
The technology company builds private personal AI: Private Agent One (a personal agent that works only for its human, on consent), iMoney (the money app, production launch December 27, 2026), and the puppy home supercomputer (orders open October 31, 2026), and the Hussh Shops, opening in America's wealthiest neighborhoods in Washington, California, New York, and Florida, where customers will meet all of it in one room. The asset-management company runs permanent capital on one doctrine: own the world's fastest growers of absolute free cash flow.
We are 100% privately owned and profitable, founder-funded, no outside investors. And we hire the best and pay the best. This seat exists for one reason: our engineers should never have to become sales support, and our customers should never have to take a demo on faith. The demos you run carry the whole bet: AI in the biggest manner, personal superintelligence for everybody, on the best supercomputers we can build, distributed through partners, Shops, and the marketplace, distributor-first. When a room believes, value follows; value, delivered, becomes shareholder equity for everyone who works with us, invests with us, or does business with us. Our brand, culture, and values are in the room with you, weighted the same as the product.
The role
Mission: make the complex sellable, without dumbing it down, and without ever overselling it.
You are the technical half of the sale. An account executive opens the relationship; you win the room's belief. A dealer principal asks how agent technology touches his customer data. An RIA's compliance lead asks who sees what, exactly, and when. A customer in a Hussh Shop asks the hardest question of all (*show me*), and you show them, live, on the floor, with the real product.
Your standard is Apple's, applied to selling: the demo works, the answer is true, the experience is effortless. When the product can't do something, you say so in the room, and you carry that gap home as the sharpest product feedback this company gets. You sit between the sales motion and the forward-deployed motion: you prove it can work, the FDEs make it work, and the customer's trust is the handoff neither of you drops.
What you'll do
- Own the technical win on enterprise and marketplace deals: discovery, architecture answers, security and consent questions answered precisely (what data moves, under whose consent, with what audit trail).
- Build and run the demos: Private Agent One, iMoney, and puppy proofs that work every time, in a customer's office or on a Shop floor, in front of people who have seen every pitch there is.
- Run proofs and pilots that convert: scoped tightly, measured honestly, with success criteria agreed before anyone touches a keyboard.
- Be the product's conscience in the field: every gap you find becomes a written, prioritized input to the platform team. Field truth, not anecdotes.
- Arm the sellers: talk tracks that are technically true, objection answers that respect the customer's intelligence, and Shop-floor presentations the whole team can run.
What success looks like in 6 months
- Deals are closing on technical merit: your win rate on deals you touch is a number the revenue team quotes.
- The puppy line's first order cycle (October 31) and iMoney's launch (December 27) have demos and proofs behind them that customers trusted, because they were true.
- Shop teams in the launch regions can present the solutions on the floor to your standard: you trained them, and it shows.
- The platform roadmap visibly carries your field truth: fixes and features that trace to rooms you were in.
What you bring
- Real engineering depth: you have built or deeply operated production systems (APIs, data flows, integrations, deployment), and you can debug in front of a customer without theater.
- You can answer the trust questions precisely: data ownership, consent, access, audit. Vague is a firing offense in this seat; the product's whole promise is control.
- Presence: you like the room. Skeptical CIOs, dealer principals, compliance leads, and a customer holding a puppy in a Shop: you read each one and meet them where they are.
- Candor under pressure: when the answer is no, you say no, and offer the true path instead. Our customers renew because we never sold them a fiction.
Nice to have
- Sales engineering, solutions architecture, or forward-deployed experience (Palantir-style FDE, or equivalent).
- Financial-services technology: RIA platforms, family-office systems, advisor workflows.
- Hardware fluency: devices in homes and showrooms, not just cloud. The puppy is a physical product in a physical room.
What we offer
OTE of $187,000–$240,000 (~75/25 base/variable) and a founding equity grant on a 4-year vest. Founding titles here are permanent. You will be one of the first two sales engineers in the company: the standard every future hire is measured against is the one you set. We are privately owned and profitable; we hire the best and pay the best; and your customers will never catch us in an exaggeration, because you are the person standing there.
Work authorization
We welcome candidates on OPT and STEM OPT. We may not be able to sponsor a visa.
We cannot consider international applicants without US work authorization. Applications without it are automatically rejected.
