About Hussh
Hussh is two businesses with one mission: make information (especially private personal information) a real financial asset for the human it belongs to, with the human in control of every machine, always.
The technology company builds private personal AI: the puppy home supercomputer line (orders open October 31, 2026), iMoney the money app (production launch December 27, 2026), and Private Agent One. The asset manager runs permanent capital on a single doctrine (own the world's fastest growers of absolute free cash flow), with Fund A live since October 1, 2026, at 0% management fee and 25% of profits above a 6% hurdle. We are 100% privately owned and profitable (founder-funded, no outside investors, no one to answer to but our customers), and because of that, we hire the best and pay the best.
We are betting on AI in the biggest manner: not AI features, not an AI department. The whole company is the bet. And we do not go to market alone. Partner-first and distributor-first are doctrine here, not slogans: Meta, NVIDIA, Google, Microsoft, Apple, and the labs are partners, never adversaries; and the distributors, resellers, dealers, advisors, and platforms who carry us to the customer are designed-for from day one. Every relationship we build must create value, deliver value, and turn that value into shareholder equity, for everyone who works with us, invests with us, or does business with us. The test every exchange must pass: the buyer receives more value than they paid, or no value was created. Brand, culture, and values weigh the same as product in every decision this company makes, including this hire.
The role
Mission: turn the global systems integrators and the cloud marketplaces into Hussh's enterprise reach. Build together, sell together, buy together, at Fortune scale.
There are accounts Hussh will never staff directly, and should not try to. The global systems integrators and consulting partners already sit inside those accounts, trusted, contracted, and staffed, and the cloud marketplaces are where those enterprises actually buy. You own both multipliers. You will turn the GSIs into co-sell relationships with joint targets and shared quotas, and you will make Microsoft, Google Cloud, and AWS marketplaces first-class storefronts for Hussh: listings live, offers transactable, co-sell registrations flowing, procurement-route deals closing where the enterprise's buying machinery already lives.
This is the Microsoft motion, applied by someone who has run it from the inside: partners carrying targets alongside ours, joint account plans, deal registration with one scoreboard and no double-counting, and an ecosystem that makes every partner more capable, not just more numerous. The GSIs implement enterprise AI for a living. Your job is to make Hussh (private personal AI on workload-optimized infrastructure: the best hardware, the best software, and the best harness, configured at the lowest possible cost for the customer's actual workload, measured as the lowest cost of tokens for the job to be done) the offer their practices reach for, priced and proven well enough to defend in a customer's data center.
You also carry the frontier-lab alliance lane. Every major lab is a partner here, never an adversary: their models first-class inside our products, our agent present on their networks and marketplaces, their technologies resold through ours. The labs and the platforms are one ecosystem, and this seat speaks for Hussh across it.
One more thing, because it is the standard this seat is hired against: at Hussh, every person must be able to generate a hundred to a thousand times what they are paid. In alliances, that math is not a metaphor: one GSI practice distributes Hussh into more enterprise accounts than a hundred direct hires could open. We will expect your alliances to prove it, in registered co-sell pipeline and closed revenue, and we will resource them like we mean it.
What you'll do
- Own the GSI map as a machine: every global systems integrator and strategic consulting partner named, owned, and staged, with a written buy/build/sell plan, joint targets, next steps, and dates. A pipeline the CEO can read weekly and trust.
- Build co-sell with the integrators, Microsoft-style: joint account plans, partner-carried quotas, co-sell registrations credited on one scoreboard, and Hussh offers designed into their AI practices.
- Own the cloud marketplaces as revenue channels: Microsoft, Google Cloud, and AWS listings live and transactable; co-sell programs worked as pipeline machinery; marketplace procurement routes made the easiest way for an enterprise to buy Hussh.
- Stand up the alliance motion for workload-optimized infrastructure inside the integrators: reference configurations and token-cost proof their architects can defend, enablement that makes their practices capable of selling, servicing, and supporting the line.
- Carry the frontier relationships: every major lab and platform a partner, their models first-class in our products, our agent present on their networks and marketplaces, their technologies resold through ours.
- Build the partner's win first, every time: know each integrator's practice economics as well as our own, and design plans where they win measurably.
- Work as one org with the rest of partnerships: one plan per account, one scoreboard, no channel conflict theater.
What success looks like
First 90 days
- The GSI map is real: every target integrator and consulting partner named, owned, and staged, with a buy/build/sell plan, a named counterpart, and dated next steps.
- The marketplaces have an owner and a clock: listings for Microsoft, Google Cloud, and AWS live or on dated paths to transactable, and the co-sell registration machinery is stood up.
- The first joint account plans exist: named enterprise accounts where a GSI partner and Hussh are working one plan together, with the partner's quota and ours on the same page.
First 6 months
- Co-sell pipeline is registered, measurable, and forecastable.
- Partners are carrying quotas alongside ours, and the first co-sold enterprise deals have closed through an integrator or a marketplace route.
- At least one flagship GSI or platform alliance is signed and announced, and the frontier-lab lane has dated plans with every major lab.
What you bring
- You have built alliances that drove real, measurable enterprise distribution: registered pipeline and closed revenue with your name on them. At least twice, you have carried a GSI or platform partnership from first meeting to signed agreement to revenue.
- Your GSI relationships are real: named partners inside the global integrators who would take your call this week.
- You have run a Microsoft-style co-sell motion from the inside (joint targets, partner-carried quotas, co-sell registrations, one scoreboard), or built its equivalent.
- You are fluent in the cloud marketplaces as revenue channels: listing and transactability mechanics, co-sell programs, procurement-route deals on at least two of Microsoft, Google Cloud, and AWS.
- You understand infrastructure deeply enough to sell the truth: hardware, software, and harness as one system, priced against a workload; you can explain cost-per-token to a CIO, a GSI practice lead, and a marketplace category manager in the same week.
- You build the partner's win first, in your bones, not as a technique.
- You never confuse a signed MOU with a partnership. Paper without pipeline is theater, and you have no theater in you.
Nice to have
- Supercomputer / AI-infrastructure alliance experience: DGX-class systems, AI factories, GPU clusters, or the enterprise infrastructure equivalent.
- Consulting-partnership groundwork: time inside or alongside a GSI's AI practice.
- Frontier-lab ecosystem fluency: model marketplaces, connector and plugin programs.
- Time in the Valley ecosystem at operating depth.
What we offer
$200,000–$275,000 base salary, a target variable of 25–40% of base tied to the partner-sourced pipeline and revenue you build, and a founding equity grant on a 4-year vest. Above the numbers: a founder who builds partnerships personally and will be in the room beside you for the ones that matter; a doctrine you never have to apologize for; and the mandate to plug a generational company into the world's enterprise machinery, with Silicon Valley as your home field.
