About Hussh

Hussh is two businesses with one mission: make information (especially private personal information) a real financial asset for the human it belongs to, with the human in control of every machine, always.

The technology company builds private personal AI: Private Agent One, iMoney (the money app, investing rebuilt with the human approving every move), and the puppy home supercomputer. The asset manager runs permanent capital on the world's fastest growers of absolute free cash flow, starting with Fund A, live now.

The Hussh Shop is where it all becomes physical. Flagship stores in America's wealthiest neighborhoods: the best supercomputers, super-agent tooling, and technologies under one roof, presented like art, with financially oriented humans offering client service and advisory support beside the machines. The bar is written down: match and exceed the best houses of fashion Paris has, and match and exceed Apple. The site law is equally written: a Hussh Shop opens only where traffic is super high, parking is easy, and the neighborhood is among the wealthiest in America. A site that fails traffic or parking is out, however prestigious the address.

The marketplace is the other half of the Shop. Every agent selling anything (cars, real estate, yachts, jets, jewelry) lists what they sell on the Hussh network; anyone on the network discovers it, connects, and shares information with consent, in scopes. Listing and connecting are free, forever. Paid scopes are priced by the human who owns the information, and a paid scope only counts as success when the buyer received more value than they paid. That is the Loop, and this role is where the Loop gets its supply.

The role

Mission: fill Pacific Northwest's marketplace with live, transacting agents and sellers. Consent first, always.

You recruit and onboard the region's selling agents (auto dealers, real-estate agents and brokers, luxury brokers across marine, aviation, and jewelry) and its brand and enterprise sellers. You start warm: our network already holds dealers, RIAs, and brokers across the country, and Pacific Northwest is one of the four launch regions. Your job is to turn that map into live listings that transact, and to write the onboarding playbook the next regions copy.

What you'll do

  • Work the region's supply map as a discipline: every target agent and seller named, staged, owned in the CRM, with a next step and a cadence that never lets a warm relationship go cold.
  • Onboard end to end: listing built, consent scopes configured (free listing and connection; paid scopes priced by the owner), first transaction landed. A listing that never transacts is a failure you own, not a statistic you report.
  • Run activation like a craft: the first 30 days of a seller's life on the network (what they list, who discovers them, what their first paid scope feels like).
  • Carry category truth back to HQ weekly: which categories clear the value test in Pacific Northwest, which don't, and what the agents actually say when nobody is selling to them.
  • Hold the consent line absolutely: no pressure, no scraping, no dark patterns, nobody's information sold, ever. Trust is the inventory.

What success looks like in 6 months

  • The region's launch categories are live: agents listed across the priority verticals, enterprise sellers onboarded, first paid scopes transacting.
  • Your first twenty onboardings became a written playbook a new lead could run without you.
  • Sellers stay: activation and retention numbers that show the network is worth an agent's time, measured in their revenue, not our vanity metrics.
  • Zero consent complaints. The Loop's trust is intact, and agents say so to other agents.

What you bring

  • You have built a supply side before: marketplace onboarding, channel or dealer networks, franchise or partner recruitment, with numbers you can state.
  • You understand agents as humans, not leads: dealers, brokers, and advisors buy on trust and a long clock, and so do you.
  • Operational rigor: a CRM that tells the truth, pipeline stages that mean something, a weekly number you stand behind.
  • You can explain consent-scoped exchange to a skeptical dealer in two minutes (plainly, without jargon) and mean every word.

Nice to have

  • Existing networks in Pacific Northwest's auto, real-estate, or luxury verticals.
  • Supply-operations experience in a two-sided marketplace (ride, delivery, lodging, or services): the launcher playbooks translate.
  • Enterprise seller onboarding: brands, dealer groups, multi-location operators.

What we offer

$140,000–$180,000 base, a 10–20% target bonus tied to live listings and activation, and a founding equity grant on a 4-year vest. The work: build the supply side of a marketplace designed so the human owns their information, in one of its four founding regions, with your playbook becoming the company's standard.
