About Hussh

Hussh is two businesses with one mission: make information (especially private personal information) a real financial asset for the human it belongs to, with the human in control of every machine, always.

The technology company builds private personal AI: the puppy home supercomputer line (orders open October 31, 2026), iMoney the money app (production launch December 27, 2026), and Private Agent One. The asset manager runs permanent capital on a single doctrine (own the world's fastest growers of absolute free cash flow), with Fund A live since October 1, 2026, at 0% management fee and 25% of profits above a 6% hurdle. We are 100% privately owned and profitable (founder-funded, no outside investors, no one to answer to but our customers), and because of that, we hire the best and pay the best.

We are betting on AI in the biggest manner: not AI features, not an AI department. The whole company is the bet. And we do not go to market alone. Partner-first and distributor-first are doctrine here, not slogans: Meta, NVIDIA, Google, Microsoft, Apple, and the labs are partners, never adversaries; and the distributors, resellers, dealers, advisors, and platforms who carry us to the customer are designed-for from day one. Every relationship we build must create value, deliver value, and turn that value into shareholder equity, for everyone who works with us, invests with us, or does business with us. The test every exchange must pass: the buyer receives more value than they paid, or no value was created. Brand, culture, and values weigh the same as product in every decision this company makes, including this hire.

And we build it in the open, with the people who will live with it. Our doctrine is simple to say and hard to keep: the human owns their information, from day zero; it is never transferred to us, only ever accessed by consent, granted by them, revocable by them. Every product decision is tested against that sentence.

The role

Mission: live with Private Agent One in your real life, and tell us the truth about it, in detail, on the record, for pay.

Private Agent One is a private personal agent: yours, controlled by you, working across your inbox, your calendar, your information, and your money questions. We are preparing it for America. Before it earns a place in millions of lives, it has to survive a few thousand honest ones: people who will use it on real days, with real mess in them, and tell us exactly where it shines, where it confuses, and where it fails. That is this job. Pilots use the agent daily in their own lives, join paid research sessions with our product team, keep a structured weekly log, and report what happened: the save, the delight, the bug, the moment of distrust. Your reports go directly into the product.

One thing, said plainly, because we say it in every posting: everyone who applies to Hussh (hired or not) receives one invitation, in our reply to you, to claim your own Hussh agent and join the network it runs on, free, entirely your choice, never a condition of this job or of any job. Pilots experience that invitation from the inside: the agent you test is yours, your information stays yours, and when the paid pilot ends, your agent and your membership remain yours. We are not collecting you. We are offering you the machine and asking you to judge it like an owner, because in this network, you are one.

What you'll do

  • Use Private Agent One daily in your real life for the full cohort (typically 6–8 weeks): real inbox, real calendar, real questions you'd actually ask.
  • Attend one paid 60–90 minute research session per week with the product team.
  • Keep a structured weekly log (template provided; ~30 minutes): sessions, saves, failures, surprises.
  • Complete short paid task batteries so we can measure the agent against real work, not demos.
  • Report trust events immediately: anything the agent did that you didn't ask for, didn't understand, or wouldn't want repeated.

What success looks like

First 2 weeks: onboarded, your agent live on your own accounts (granted by you, scoped by you), first two logs in, first research session attended, and at least one thing said that we didn't want to hear. By cohort end: your log is a document the product team quotes in roadmap meetings, and you can defend your own verdict on whether a private agent makes a person worth more per hour.

What you bring

Nice to have: a life with edges (shift work, a side business, caregiving, freelance clients); strong opinions about privacy and technology, in either direction (skeptics make the best pilots).

  • A real life to run the agent in: a job, a business, studies, a household (genuine daily load of messages, scheduling, and decisions).
  • Honesty with structure: you can say "this failed, here is exactly what happened."
  • Reliability: sessions attended, logs on time.
  • Basic fluency with phone and computer. No technical background required.
  • You are 18+, authorized to work in the United States, applying as yourself.

What we offer

$22–$28/hour for every pilot hour (sessions, task batteries, and log time included), paid weekly, on a published cohort calendar you see before you start. Part-time, hourly (5–15 hrs/week, flexible, cohort-based). And when the cohort ends, your Private Agent One and your place in the network remain yours, free.

Work authorization

We welcome candidates on OPT and STEM OPT. We may not be able to sponsor a visa.

We cannot consider international applicants without US work authorization. Applications without it are automatically rejected.
