About Hussh
Hussh is two businesses with one mission: make information (especially private personal information) a real financial asset for the human it belongs to, with the human in control of every machine, always.
The technology company builds private personal AI: Private Agent One, iMoney (the money app, investing rebuilt with the human approving every move), and the puppy home supercomputer. The asset manager runs permanent capital on the world's fastest growers of absolute free cash flow, starting with Fund A, live now.
The Hussh Shop is where it all becomes physical. Flagship stores in America's wealthiest neighborhoods: the best supercomputers, super-agent tooling, and technologies under one roof, presented like art, with financially oriented humans offering client service and advisory support beside the machines. The bar is written down: match and exceed the best houses of fashion Paris has, and match and exceed Apple. The site law is equally written: a Hussh Shop opens only where traffic is super high, parking is easy, and the neighborhood is among the wealthiest in America. A site that fails traffic or parking is out, however prestigious the address.
We launch regions the way Uber launched cities: one accountable launcher, a small senior pod, a playbook from HQ, and headcount that grows behind proven metrics, never ahead of them. In the Pacific Northwest, that launcher is this seat.
The role
Mission: be the founder of Hussh in the Pacific Northwest. Launch the region, hire its team, and own its number.
You own the region end to end: the Hussh Shop, the marketplace, the client households, the scoreboard. You land the flagship with HQ and our commercial real-estate brokers (shortlist to lease to opening day) in a district that clears the site law: Kirkland's waterfront and Central Way, Bellevue Square, Seattle's wealthiest retail nodes. You onboard the region's agents and enterprise partners onto the marketplace. And you hire the pod beneath you (Marketplace Onboarding Lead, Store & Product Experience Lead, Client Advisors) and grow it only as the metrics earn it.
The Pacific Northwest is our home market: the flagship search is live here, the founding team works from Kirkland, and the region's dealers, advisors, and brokers are already in our network.
What you'll do
- Own the regional number: one scoreboard HQ reads weekly and trusts (live listings, transacting agents, store traffic, client households, revenue). A number, not a narrative.
- Hire your pod: recruit, seat, and lead the Onboarding Lead, the Store & Product Experience Lead, and the Client Advisor(s), and write their first playbooks with them.
- Land the Shop: run the site process with our CRE brokers against the site law (super high traffic · easy parking · wealthiest neighborhoods), negotiate the path to lease with HQ and counsel, and own opening day.
- Build the region's relationships: dealers, real-estate and luxury brokers, RIAs and family offices, universities. The people who take care of the wealthy, and the wealthy themselves. Long game, every touch earning its place.
- Guard the doctrine in every deal and every hire: consent first, a human's information is theirs, never sell what doesn't exist yet. You will walk away from revenue that violates this, and be backed when you do.
What success looks like in 6 months
- The flagship site is signed (or open) in a district that clears the site law, with the parking and traffic evidence to prove the choice.
- Your pod is hired, seated, and operating on playbooks you wrote together.
- The marketplace is live in Pacific Northwest: agents and enterprise sellers listed, first paid scopes transacting, the value test (buyer value greater than price) holding.
- Client households are being served by your Client Advisor, and referring their friends.
- HQ trusts your scoreboard the way it trusts the bank balance.
What you bring
- You have launched or general-managed something real (a city, a region, a business line, a multi-unit operation) with P&L or equivalent end-to-end ownership. Not advised. Owned.
- You have hired and led a local team of five or more, including at least one hire who became a leader themselves.
- Operator's range: leases, vendors, hiring, partnerships, difficult rooms. No task beneath you, no detail above you.
- A network in Pacific Northwest's wealthy districts and service economy, or a demonstrated record of building one inside 90 days.
- You have carried a number across more than one year and hit it.
Nice to have
- City-launch history: two-sided marketplaces, multi-unit retail, or a GM seat in a launch-model company.
- Luxury-ecosystem fluency: real estate, marine, aviation, or the advisor world that serves the wealthy.
- Lease and site-selection literacy: you can read a retail lease and a traffic count in the same sitting.
What we offer
OTE of $250,000–$333,000 (60/40 base/variable against your regional scoreboard) and a founding equity grant on a 4-year vest.
