The role
We're looking for a Luxury Sales and Personal Concierge Associate who has worked for the world's top luxury brands and understands the value of personal customer experiences. The right person is data-driven and analytical in their approach.
What you'll do
- Build and keep relationships with high-value clients and luxury brands, giving them superior, personal experiences.
- Use Hussh's AI platform to draw insights from user data and create tailored offerings for clients.
- Prospect for and win new high-profile clients, using data and analytics to guide your strategy.
- Work closely with our Product, Data and Marketing teams, bringing insight from the front line.
- Keep current with the luxury market and its trends.
What you bring
- Extensive experience in luxury sales or client relations, ideally with brands such as Chanel, Louis Vuitton, Hermès, Burberry, Gucci, Prada, Rolex, Tiffany & Co. or Cartier, or in luxury hospitality such as Four Seasons, Ritz-Carlton and St. Regis.
- A proven record of managing high-value clients and delivering personal customer experiences.
- Strong analytical skills and comfort making data-driven decisions.
- Fluency with digital platforms and new tools.
- Startup experience is a plus.
- Fluent English; French, Italian or Mandarin is a significant advantage.
