About Hussh
Hussh is two businesses with one mission: make information (especially private personal information) a real financial asset for the human it belongs to, with the human in control of every machine, always.
The technology company builds private personal AI: Private Agent One, iMoney (the money app, investing rebuilt with the human approving every move), and the puppy home supercomputer. The asset manager runs permanent capital on the world's fastest growers of absolute free cash flow, starting with Fund A, live now.
The Hussh Shop is where it all becomes physical. Flagship stores in America's wealthiest neighborhoods: the best supercomputers, super-agent tooling, and technologies under one roof, presented like art, with financially oriented humans offering client service and advisory support beside the machines. The bar is written down: match and exceed the best houses of fashion Paris has, and match and exceed Apple. The site law is equally written: a Hussh Shop opens only where traffic is super high, parking is easy, and the neighborhood is among the wealthiest in America. A site that fails traffic or parking is out, however prestigious the address.
The Shop comes in two formats: the flagship (~5,500 SF) and the micro-shop (500–1,500 SF). Both are held to one standard: the best supercomputers and the best super-agent tooling and technologies available, all under one roof, in a room that treats products the way a Paris house treats its collection. This role owns that room in Pacific Northwest: Kirkland's waterfront and Central Way, Bellevue Square, Seattle's wealthiest retail nodes.
The role
Mission: run the floor of the Hussh Shop, a room where the world's best machines are presented like art, and every client leaves smarter than they arrived.
You own the Shop end to end, daily: the experience, the assortment, the floor team, the events. You source and merchandise with HQ: the puppy line beside the best supercomputers and agent technologies the market offers; every product on the floor earns its place, at its price, in its light. And you carry product truth back to HQ every week: what clients touch, what they ask, what they reject. The floor is a sensor, and you are its reader.
What you'll do
- Own the daily operation: staffing rhythm with the Regional Business Manager, client flow, appointments, walk-ins turned into relationships. Excellence, experience, and ease of use, all three, every day.
- Build and defend the assortment: work HQ's sourcing with local judgment (which supercomputers, which agent tooling, which technologies belong in Pacific Northwest's room, and which come off the floor).
- Program the salon: demos, teachings, launches, evenings. The Shop as the region's classroom for private AI, on a cadence the neighborhood plans around.
- Teach the floor team until any human in the Shop can teach a client something real in five minutes, with the Client Advisor as your partner on the money side of the room.
- Hold the operational spine under the artistry: inventory truth, cash discipline, schedules that hold. A beautiful room with sloppy books is a failed room.
- Report product truth weekly: touches, questions, rejections, requests. Written so HQ's roadmap moves because of it.
What success looks like in 6 months
- The Shop (flagship or micro format) is open and running at the standard: clients describe the room unprompted the way we wrote it.
- The assortment is disciplined: every product on the floor justified, sell-through and client response reviewed on rhythm, dead weight removed without sentimentality.
- The events cadence is live: the region's clients learn in our room, and bring friends.
- HQ's product decisions visibly carry your floor reports.
What you bring
- You have run a retail floor or experience space at a real standard (flagship retail, a luxury house, an Apple Store, or an equivalent you can defend), or you built one from empty space.
- Merchandising judgment: you can say why this product, at this price, in this light, and why that one comes off the floor.
- A teacher's instinct: you make hard technology feel simple, in person, in minutes, without dumbing it down.
- Operational spine: schedules, inventory, cash. Artistry with a ledger underneath it.
Nice to have
- Luxury-house or Apple retail leadership; clienteling experience with UHNW clientele.
- Consumer-electronics or computing fluency: you know what a serious supercomputer is and why it matters in a home.
- Salon/event programming: rooms people return to because something always happens there.
What we offer
$140,000–$180,000 base, a 10–20% target bonus tied to store experience and performance, and a founding equity grant on a 4-year vest. The offer underneath: own the founding room of a retail idea built to out-craft Paris and Apple, in Pacific Northwest, with the assortment authority to make it true.

We cannot consider international applicants without US work authorization. Applications without it are automatically rejected.
